The content and works created by the operator are subject to German copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution, or any form of commercialization beyond the scope of copyright law requires written consent.
Cat Chaos Crash is a game. You can use it without creating an account with us.
We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, or payment details. We do not operate our own servers to store your data. The app uses third-party services (Google Play Games, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics) that may process data under their own responsibility.
The App stores the following data locally on your device to provide game functionality:

This data is stored using Android SharedPreferences and never leaves your device unless you enable Google Play Games cloud save.

We may use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and improve the game. This may include:
Analytics is disabled by default. In the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK, analytics collection stays switched off unless data protection law does not require consent for your region. Outside the EEA/UK, where consent is not legally required, analytics may be enabled to help us improve the game. You can switch off analytics collection for your device at any time via Android Settings → Google → Usage & diagnostics, or by uninstalling the app.
Legal basis (GDPR / § 25 TDDDG): Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where consent is required; otherwise we do not collect analytics data. We do not rely on legitimate interest to store or read information on your device for analytics.
This data is anonymized and aggregated. It cannot be used to identify you personally. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
The App may send one local notification per day (at 18:33 your local time) to remind you about available daily bonuses and the lucky wheel. This notification is generated and scheduled locally on your device using Android's notification system. No notification data is sent to external servers, and no personal data is processed.
You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings: Settings > Apps > Cat Chaos Crash > Notifications.
Legal basis (GDPR): Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) – you grant the notification permission, and can revoke it at any time.
